Hello! I am back after a tiny break, but I am back with delicious recipes!
If you have an air-fryer, I guarantee you that this recipe will be a staple dish in your kitchen. If not, I strongly recommend that you should invest in an air-fryer as it is very handy. Mine is Ninja Air Fryer, and it is literally used by either my partner or me everyday since we bought it.
I like to serve this chicken dish with dome home-made fries/chips and salad (ingredients depend in whatever I have in the fridge).

- 3 chicken thighs (skin and bone to be removed)
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- Dash of olive oil

Non-slip chopping board can be found here.
Remove the skin and bone of chicken thighs and slice the thighs in desired size and shape.
Mix everything well and marinate for 30 minutes.
Air fry for 20 minutes at 200°C or until the chicken is cooked.
