Hello everyone! Here is another air-fryer recipe for you.
This time, I made Turkey meatballs. Recently, I decided to add Turkey meat to my diet for more variety. I thought the easiest way to cook it would be meatballs in the air-fryer.
My air-fryer is Ninja Air Fryer, and it is loved by my partner and I.
Turkey meat is known to be rich in tryptophan, an amino acid used by the body to make Niacin – Vitamin B3.
Niacin helps our body in energy production from the food we eat, by acting as a co-enzyme in energy-transfer reactions in the metabolism of glucose, fat and alcohol.
Niacin also aids our digestive system, nervous system and skin health.

Ingredients (will make 10-12 meatballs):
- 500 grams Turkey breast mince
- A medium-sized onion, finely chopped
- Fresh parsley, finely chopped
- An egg
- 1-2 tbsp flour of your choice (you can use oat flour to increase the fibre amount in the meatballs)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Spices of your choice
Equipment:
Ninja Air fryer can be found here.
Non-slip chopping board can be found here.
I used a handy food processor to finely chop the onion and parsley, and also to save time. Here is the link for the one I use – Braun MultiQuick Hand Blender, Mixer and Food Processor.
Method:
Mix everything well.
Wet your hands and shape your meatballs.
Air fry for 20 minutes at 200°C or until the meatballs are cooked.
Don’t forget to flip them halfway!
Enjoy!
